shipping policy

Free delivery (by me!) can be arranged if you're in the Niagara region (St Catharines, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake), or in Guelph, ON. For everywhere else I use Canada Post. The price of shipping is calculated by weight at check-out, and is usually between $15–$20.

return & exchange policy

I want you to have clothing you feel good in and want to wear! Sometimes things aren’t what you thought they would be; if an item doesn’t fit you, please contact me and I would be happy to make a return happen.

If a bag is flawed or broken in any way, of course I will help you arrange a return for that as well. Please email me to start the process.
